Back Orders

Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request. We will attempt to notify you if any item on your order is not in stock or if there is a shortage with your order. We reserve the right to substitute items in event of out of stock or discontinuation of an item. Only an item of equal quality and value will be substituted.


Since our items are custom made, orders can not be cancelled after 48 hours. No cancellation fee will be incurred on custom made items if cancellation is within 24 hours of receipt of order. No order can be cancelled once it has already shipped.


Freight, handling and insurance charges will be added to your order.

If you are in need of items in a shorter time frame, please contact us and let us know. We will do what we can to meet your deadline.

UPS Next-day and 2nd-day air shipments are available upon customer request as long as order is placed before 12 PM Central time for same day shipping, and the item(s) are in stock, please call 888-816-9011, to make sure your expedited order can be fulfilled. BoutiqueEmbroideryBlanks.com shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delivery by the freight carrier. PCS also reserves the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternate carriers. We do reserve the right to change shipping methods IF we see that we can get the product to you in a more timely manner at a comparable cost.

FREE SHIPPING is automatically given on all orders over $150 and shipping in the continental US.

We accept all forms of PayPal Payment. If paying by check through PayPal, Your check must clear PayPal's system BEFORE your products will be shipped.

Claims and Returns:

  • We will accept returns on defective or damaged merchandise provided the claim is made within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Damaged and/or defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded.
  • If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department immediately at 888-816-9011. Please have your order number when you call.
  • Absolutely NO returns on embroidered, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before embroidering.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of your receipt of merchandise.
  • RA#s issued will expire if return is not received within 10 days of issuance.
  • Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.
  • Since our items are all custom made, orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 48 hours.
  • All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges.
  • No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives. Any package returned to our warehouse without and RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box will be refused.
  • Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
  • Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice.
